Controlinfra is building cloud infrastructure governance and Terraform drift management tooling focused on helping engineering teams improve infrastructure visibility, operational control, and cloud governance workflows.


We are looking for a Technical Marketer & Growth Coordinator to help prepare Controlinfra for launch by driving market research, product positioning, brand awareness, customer growth, and the success of our earliest customers.


As one of Controlinfra's first commercial hires, you'll work directly with the Founder to help shape how our product reaches the market. You'll wear multiple hats across marketing, growth, customer engagement, and early customer success while helping build a SaaS company from the ground up.


As Controlinfra grows, this role will evolve into a more specialized commercial function with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Support website, LinkedIn, content, and brand growth initiatives
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture prospective customers
  • Coordinate demos and support early sales activities
  • Onboard and support early customers to ensure a successful experience
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product improvements
  • Collaborate with the Founder, Operations & Projects Coordinator, and UI/UX Designer to prepare Controlinfra for launch

  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing, B2B marketing, CRM platforms, or customer success is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time remote role
  • Compensation: NGN 300,000/month
  • 15 PTO days annually
  • Flexible remote work structure
  • Initial 60-day probation period
