Responsibilities
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, operating office equipment, and providing overall office administration.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in relevant or related fields
1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
Office Administration Skills including scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling correspondence.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
