- We are seeking a smart, vocal, and outgoing Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence.
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales to achieve organizational targets.
- This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Roles / Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Promote and sell the company’s financial and securities products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the financial services or securities industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, confident, vocal, and outgoing personality.
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Professional certifications in finance or investment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
