- The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
- Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline with lower credit
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Age limit is 30 years or below.
Salary
- N107,000 per month plus commission
- Other Benefits: HMO, 13th Month and Leave allowance.
