Role Summary
The Growth Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across Agriarche's products and services. The role will develop and execute growth strategies that increase platform adoption, generate qualified leads, improve customer conversion, and contribute directly to business growth.
Working closely with Brand, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams, the Growth Marketing Officer will identify growth opportunities, manage campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and use data-driven insights to improve performance across digital and offline channels.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Manager, Brand & Marketing.
Key Responsibility
Customer Acquisition & Growth
- Develop and execute growth campaigns to acquire farmers, buyers, aggregators, processors, and institutional customers.
- Drive user acquisition across digital, field, referral, partnership, and community channels.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.
- Support market penetration and expansion initiatives across target regions.
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage growth-focused marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Coordinate product launches, feature adoption campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage lead generation initiatives and conversion programs.
Customer Journey & Retention
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve activation and retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to improve onboarding and customer engagement.
- Design and implement referral, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor and report on growth metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns and messaging.
Partnerships & Community Growth
- Identify strategic partnerships that support customer acquisition and market growth.
- Support field activations, events, trade fairs, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
- Work with ecosystem partners to expand Agriarche's reach and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Design, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into measurable growth plans and campaigns.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proven experience driving measurable customer acquisition and growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Experience managing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Preferred
- Experience in agriculture, technology, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, or development sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
