Following school acquisition, our Account Management team ensures every school experiences a seamless onboarding process and becomes an active, successful user of the platform.
Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for converting interested schools into active ExcelMind customers by delivering product demonstrations, facilitating account creation, managing onboarding, and driving platform adoption.
The role ensures that newly acquired schools complete implementation successfully and begin realizing value from the ExcelMind platform.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective schools.
Explain ExcelMind and FeeNow features and benefits.
Support schools through account opening and documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and platform setup.
Ensure successful activation of newly acquired schools.
Provide post-onboarding support and follow-up.
Monitor platform adoption and escalate issues where necessary.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and CRM updates.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Deliverables
Product demonstrations completed.
School accounts opened.
Successful onboarding documentation.
Active school accounts.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in customer onboarding, account management, client success, or EdTech is an advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple school accounts simultaneously.
Compensation
This role attracts a fixed monthly salary of ₦150,000.
As the role is focused on customer onboarding, activation, and adoption rather than sales acquisition, it does not participate in the sales commission structure. Performance is measured based on successful onboarding, activation, and customer adoption outcomes.
Success in This Role
Success is measured by your ability to deliver outstanding product demonstrations, onboard schools efficiently, ensure successful platform adoption, and contribute to ExcelMind's objective of onboarding 100–150 active schools during the campaign period.
