We are on a mission to onboard 100–150 schools across Nigeria and are looking for ambitious sales professionals to drive this growth.

Position Overview
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving the physical acquisition of schools within assigned territories. The role involves identifying and engaging school owners, proprietors, principals, and administrators, presenting ExcelMind's value proposition, generating qualified opportunities, and converting schools into active platform users.
This is a highly performance-driven role requiring excellent relationship-building, consultative selling, and territory management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit prospective schools within assigned territories.
Present ExcelMind and FeeNow to school decision-makers.
Build strong relationships with proprietors, principals, and administrators.
Generate qualified leads and support demo scheduling.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure successful demonstrations.
Drive school acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Represent ExcelMind professionally at all times.

Key Deliverables
Daily school visits and stakeholder engagements.
Qualified sales pipeline.

Number of schools visited.
Qualified opportunities generated.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience in B2B, field sales, EdTech, SaaS, or institutional sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Compensation
This role operates on a performance-based commission structure.
Stage One – School Acquisition
Earn 50% of the discounted onboarding fee collected from every school successfully acquired and activated.
(Current campaign commission: ₦25,000 per qualified school.)
Stage Two – Revenue Commission
Earn 20% of the subscription revenue per student from each acquired school for up to one year, payable only on actual subscription revenue collected.
Commission is subject to company approval, CRM attribution, payment confirmation, and the Company's commission policy.

Success in This Role
Success is measured by your ability to consistently acquire quality schools, contribute towards ExcelMind's target of onboarding 100–150 schools, maintain an active sales pipeline, and generate sustainable subscription revenue for the business.
