Primary Objective
Drive Adobe business growth across Sub-Saharan Africa by managing the Adobe vendor relationship, growing partner channels, developing business plans, increasing pipeline, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the strategic relationship with Adobe as the primary vendor contact.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Recruit, enable, and support channel partners across the region.
Manage business operations across multiple Sub-Saharan African countries.
Build and manage sales pipeline while improving forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years in one or more of:
Product Management
Vendor Management
Business Development
Channel Management
Sales within an IT distributor
Experience managing enterprise software or cloud vendors such as Adobe, Microsoft, or AWS.
Experience working with Sub-Saharan African markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate would likely have:
Experience in an IT distributor
Experience managing a major software/cloud vendor portfolio (Adobe, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Cisco, etc.).
A strong background in channel sales and partner ecosystems.
Experience working across multiple African markets with cross-cultural stakeholder management.
Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Preferred Candidate Summary
The ideal candidate is a 10–12-year IT distribution professional currently leading a business unit or vendor practice, with end-to-end ownership of a Microsoft, AWS, or Adobe portfolio. They should have experience managing teams, owning revenue and profitability, acting as the main point of contact for a strategic vendor, and driving a platform-based enterprise software/cloud business through partner ecosystems while consistently achieving commercial targets.
