This role is for one of our client in Abuja, Nigeria operating multiple locations using Justicesure software. You will be required to work Monday to Saturday on-site.


Role Description

The Inventory Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and transparent operation for the business. In this role, the specialist will manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, coordinate materials movement, and support the implementation of inventory and POS tools within the JusticeSure platform. Daily tasks include reconciling physical stock with system records, investigating discrepancies, preparing inventory reports, and collaborating with finance, operations, and compliance teams to prevent loss and improve visibility. The specialist will also help develop and enforce inventory control procedures, support audits, and contribute to process improvements aligned with the company’s mission of operational excellence.


Qualifications


  • Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records and optimize inventory levels.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document inventory processes.
  • Candidates should possess practical experience in Materials Management to oversee stock movement, storage, and replenishment.
  • Candidate MUST posses strong excel skills
  • Relevant experience in inventory or operations roles within retail, manufacturing, or technology-enabled businesses is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, or POS platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and integrity in handling sensitive operational data are required.
  • A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
