Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, lead strategic marketing initiatives, and expand market share for a leading plastics manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new geographic markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and ensure favorable commercial terms.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis, pricing studies, and customer feedback assessments.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Plan and oversee trade shows, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Recruit, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Recommend product, pricing, and channel strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth for PVC products such as rain boots, footwear, hair thread, or similar product lines.
- Proven ability to lead teams, negotiate high-value contracts, and deliver against ambitious sales targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively as business needs require.
