We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for a leading plastics manufacturing company’s portfolio of PVC products, including rain boots, PVC footwear, and PVC hair thread.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in the footwear, plastics, or FMCG industry
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of the PVC products market and customer segments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
