Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified strategy for the Corporate Services, ensuring the Administration, HR, and Branding & Communications departments align with and support the overall business objectives.
- Provide direct leadership, guidance, and performance management to the Heads of the Administration, HR, and Branding & Communications.
- Establish and enforce cross-functional policies and governance frameworks that promote efficiency, compliance, and a consistent company culture across all support services.
- Consolidate, manage, and oversee the annual budgets for all departments within the Corporate Services, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Act as the primary executive contact for all corporate services matters, advising the Board and Senior Management on issues related to administration, human capital, and corporate reputation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and strategic contribution.
- Foster strong collaboration between the supported departments (Administration, HR, Branding & Comms) and the core operational departments (Production, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless business operations.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD/CIPM (HR), or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
- Proven track record in managing multiple corporate functions (HR, Branding, Operations).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate services role.
- Expertise in budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for board-level interactions.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for organizational efficiency and growth.
