About RxAll
RxAll is a pharmacy credit infrastructure company powering the growth of retail pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers across the world inclduing in Nigeria. Through our RxPay and RxAdvance products, we provide trade credit that lets pharmacies stock more inventory, sell more, and grow — with over ₦12 billion disbursed in the last 12 months. We also operate a growing pharmaceutical supply business, bringing quality parallel-imported and contract-manufactured medicines to the African and Nigerian market. Backed by international investors and led by a team with deep pharma and fintech experience, we are scaling toward ₦1 billion in monthly B2B sales and building the credit and distribution backbone for pharmacy retail in Africa.
Role Summary
This is RxAll Nigeria’s most senior commercial role. You will own the national sales engine and drive it to ₦1 billion in monthly B2B sales by December 2026, while adding 10,000+ new customers and building a qualified waitlist of 15,000+ pharmacies and wholesalers.
This is a player-coach role. You will personally manage RxAll’s key accounts across Nigeria — large wholesalers, distributors, and pharmacy chains — as a direct seller, while managing the full sales and marketing organization: three territory BDMs, the Sales Lead, telemarketing, retention & analytics, and the marketing team including our external digital marketing agency.
You will also lead the nationwide launch and sale of RxAll’s parallel-imported and contract-manufactured pharmaceutical products, including product detailing to pharmacists and healthcare professionals and the negotiation of distribution arrangements across regions.
You report directly to the General Manager / CEO.
The Mandate
- Grow monthly B2B sales to ₦1 billion by December 2026, with 60% annual growth from that base.
- Add 10,000+ new funded customers and build a 15,000+ qualified customer waitlist.
- Personally acquire and manage key accounts across Nigeria: wholesalers with ₦100M+ monthly sales and large pharmacies with ₦50M+ monthly sales.
- Launch and scale RxAll’s parallel-imported and manufactured product lines nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue leadership: Own the national sales number. Set and enforce monthly and weekly targets per territory. Submit a consolidated national KPI report to the CEO every Monday by 10:00 AM WAT.
- Key account management (direct sales): Personally prospect, close, and grow key accounts nationwide. Negotiate credit-backed purchase cycles. Drive reorders and referral programs through large wholesalers and distributors.
- Sales team management: Manage and coach the Sales Lead and BDMs covering North-Central (FCT, Nasarawa, Ekiti, Niger, Kogi, Kwara), Lagos + Ogun, and Rest of South-West (Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo). Enforce GPS-logged customer visits, daily CRM discipline (Zoho), and weekly pipeline reviews. Run monthly 1-on-1s. Hire and ramp new sales staff as territories split.
- Marketing & demand generation: Own the external marketing agency relationship: retainer, media spend, and funded-borrower milestones. Build and run the lead-to-conversion funnel using pre-qualification (₦15M+ monthly sales threshold, bank statement validation, fee and guarantor consent) so BDMs only visit vetted prospects. Build the waitlist to 15,000+ and convert it systematically.
- New product lines: Lead go-to-market for parallel-imported and RxAll-manufactured products: pricing input, detailing to pharmacists, doctors, and hospitals where required, and negotiating distributor and sub-distributor arrangements across Nigeria.
- Trade association engagement: Represent RxAll with ACPN, PSN, APPMAN, NAPPMED, AGMPN and ANPMP chapters nationally to generate referral pipelines.
- Credit & collections discipline: Support 97.5%+ collection rates and <1.5% default rates. You have no authority to override credit decisions — credit quality is non-negotiable.
