Job Summary

To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agriculture Development Manager and project team, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, and coordination of project activities.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for project activities.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.
  • Support procurement and logistics documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Educational Qualification And Work Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Time Management, office applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or any related discipline
