**Your Role**

The warehouse assistant will be responsible for the efficient execution of daily warehouse operations by accurately handling the receipt, storage, inventory tracking, and timely dispatch of spares and materials, in line with established operational and safety-related processes to meet service delivery expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Maintain bin integrity and update all inventory movements promptly on SAP to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and timely dispatch of spares and materials.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives to enhance picking efficiency, dispatch timelines and overall warehouse operations.
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation are accurate and fully aligned with SAP records.
  • Accurately process stock transfers between storage locations and plants in SAP.
  • Ensure audit compliance through accurate system entries and the support of internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Participate in periodic stock counts, investigate variances, and support reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy.
  • Embrace the adoption of automation tools and technology-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency and general warehouse improvement.
Your Profile **You contribute**

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience in warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Good working knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems including SAP or other ERP/WMS systems.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of and interest in warehouse automation technologies and digital inventory management tools.
  • Ability to work with different cultures – a good team player.
  • Good problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
