What you’ll do:

Manage Project Sales business in Qatar for Commercial & Infrastructure Segment , ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction for Eaton PMCC product Portfolio.
Work closely with MEP Contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton Panelbuilders. Co-ordinate with Panelbuilder Sales team to close-out the project deals.
In co-ordination with Eaton Panel builder KAM, conduct monthly project review meetings with Panel Builder Sales team to create actions for on-going/quoted project pipeline.
Establish and maintain relationship with all the stake holders and key decision makers of Contractors/End users & pursue proactive customer visits to create new opportunities
Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and drive team collaboration spirit
To follow One Eaton approach to support other Eaton divisions to promote synergy sales.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing Team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in handling Project Business
  • Strong knowledge of LV Products and Systems
  • Experience in Qatar market is added advantage
  • Possess excellent communication skills
