Chief Marketing Officer

  • The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing, branding, communications, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives across the Group of Companies.
  • The role oversees the marketing functions of all subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency while developing tailored strategies that drive revenue, market share, and customer loyalty for each business unit.
  • The CMO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business unit heads, sales teams, and external partners to position the Group as an industry leader and maximize commercial opportunities across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the Group's integrated marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across all subsidiaries while maintaining each company's unique brand identity.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
  • Provide strategic marketing advice to the Group CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Build long-term marketing plans that support sustainable business growth.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong corporate brand for the Group.
  • Ensure consistent branding standards across all subsidiaries.
  • Lead brand positioning, reputation management, and corporate identity initiatives.
  • Oversee rebranding and brand expansion projects where necessary.

Marketing & Communications:

  • Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Develop communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage corporate communications, media relations, and public relations.
  • Oversee content strategy, advertising, social media, and digital marketing activities.

Business Growth:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop market-specific growth strategies.
  • Support sales teams through lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and business development opportunities.
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty programs across the Group.

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
  • Use market insights to guide product development and commercial decisions.
  • Present strategic recommendations based on data and analytics.

Digital Marketing & Innovation:

  • Lead the Group's digital transformation in marketing.
  • Optimize digital platforms, websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Drive innovation through AI, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Budget & Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage the Group marketing budget.
  • Monitor marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources across subsidiaries.

Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing teams across all companies.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and operations.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing marketing professionals.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Support investor relations and corporate reputation initiatives where applicable.
