  • We are seeking a highly experienced Station Manager to lead the execution of large-scale pipeline and terminal station construction projects within the oil and gas sector.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the execution of station construction projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, industry codes, and applicable standards.
  • Drive the achievement of project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks, delays, and cost overruns.
  • Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, planning, construction, and HSE teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support successful project delivery and future business opportunities.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate project reporting and performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience managing large-scale oil and gas construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering pipeline terminal stations or gas station construction projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, cost management, and project planning.
  • Professional certifications such as COREN, PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
