We are recruiting candidaters to fill the position below:

Job Position: Legal Officer

Job Location: Lugbe - Abuja
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts: Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Agency Agreements, Vendor SLAs, Employment Contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence on property titles, C of O, R of O, etc Advise Management on legal risks, real estate law, tenancy law, and SCUML AMLCFT compliance.
• Manage litigation and external counsel.
• Represent Barcom at lower tribunals where applicable.

Key Requirements

• LLB, BL, and must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with a current NBA practicing license.
• Minimum 2 years of PQE with experience in real estate, conveyancing, or corporate/ commercial law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Experience with property documentation in FCT/Abuja and other states is an advantage
