What You’ll Do


1. Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, emails, sales pages, and funnels.

2. Craft headlines and subheadings that grab attention and pull readers in.

3. Create social media content that’s sharp, engaging, and on-brand.

4. Build blog posts that educate, rank, and keep readers hooked.

5. Map out funnel copy that moves people from “who are you?” to “take my money”.

6. Dig into customer pain points and turn them into compelling stories and offers.

7. Write emotional storytelling that makes our brand memorable and relatable.

8. Test and refine copy based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements

Skills & Experience We Need


1. Headline & Hook Mastery: You know how to write 10 versions of a headline until one hits.

2. Direct Response Copywriting: You understand AIDA, PAS, and how to sell without sounding salesy.

3. Email & Funnel Copy: You can write welcome sequences, promo emails, and full email funnels that convert.

4. Ad Copy: Proven ability to write short, punchy copy for Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn ads.

5. Landing Page & Sales Page Copy: You know how to structure pages that guide people to click “Buy”.

6. Storytelling: You can weave real stories into marketing that builds trust and emotion.

7. Pain Point & Offer Framing: You know how to identify what keeps customers up at night and position our offer as the fix.

8. SEO Blog Writing: Basic understanding of keywords, structure, and writing for both humans and Google.

9. Research Skills: You can dive into a product, market, and customer in 48 hours and sound like you’ve known it for years.

10. Editing & Clarity: You cut fluff, fix weak phrasing, and make every sentence earn its place.


Nice to have


BSC or HND holder with relevant certificates

NYSC Certificate

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience is key

Must have prior experience in the real estate industry

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.

Experience with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Grammarly, SurferSEO, or ChatGPT for research/drafting.

Basic understanding of design/layout so your copy works well on a page.

Portfolio with examples of ads, emails, landing pages, or blogs that drove results
