We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle daily accounting operations, including reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget performance.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits, including tax-related activities.
Utilize accounting software effectively for financial management and reporting.

Requirements

B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an accounting role.
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA is mandatory.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good knowledge of financial reporting and account reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
