Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle daily accounting operations, including reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget performance.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits, including tax-related activities.
- Utilize accounting software effectively for financial management and reporting.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an accounting role.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA is mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
