Victory Empowerment Centre (VEC) Microfinance Institution is a non-Governmental organization with the prime objective of improving the quality of living of the active poor through microcredit facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Loan Officers.
• Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
• Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
• Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.

What You Should Know

• Two (2) weeks of compulsory training before deployment.
• 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work
• Monday – Friday
• Performance-based role.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
• Weekly transportation & data allowance provided.
