  • We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive Sospitas' client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • This role is responsible for following up on submitted proposals, securing meetings with decision-makers, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into signed engagements.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across government agencies and private sector organisations, with a strong drive to meet targets and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit client organisations daily to follow up on submitted proposals
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Secure and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Present the company's services professionally
  • Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client feedback
  • Submit a daily work plan before resumption and an End of Day (EOD) report
  • Meet agreed weekly targets for client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and deals closed
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
