- We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive Sospitas' client acquisition and revenue growth.
- This role is responsible for following up on submitted proposals, securing meetings with decision-makers, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into signed engagements.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across government agencies and private sector organisations, with a strong drive to meet targets and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client organisations daily to follow up on submitted proposals
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Secure and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Present the company's services professionally
- Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved
- Negotiate and close business opportunities where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client feedback
- Submit a daily work plan before resumption and an End of Day (EOD) report
- Meet agreed weekly targets for client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and deals closed
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
