Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Follow up on sales leads and convert them into sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Carry out opening and closing store procedures
- Support inventory tracking and stock management
- Reconcile sales records with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of customer service and retail sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
