We’re seeking a Client Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Follow up on sales leads and convert them into sales
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Communicate product features and benefits to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Carry out opening and closing store procedures
  • Support inventory tracking and stock management
  • Reconcile sales records with internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of customer service and retail sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Passion for fashion, design, and customer experience
