Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative, creative, and results-driven Website Designer, Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive to lead the digital presence of Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) and its subsidiary-owned companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, securing, and optimising the websites and digital platforms of RGR and its subsidiaries while planning and executing digital marketing strategies that generate enquiries, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth across the Group.

The role requires an individual capable of managing multiple websites, brands, and social media platforms while generating quality leads, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring all digital assets effectively promote the organisation's services.

Job Purpose

The Website Designer, Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive plays a strategic role in managing and enhancing the digital presence of Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) and its subsidiary-owned companies.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Regional Managers, Marketing Team, Business Development Team, Recruitment Teams and subsidiary company managers, the post holder will:

  • Design, develop, launch and maintain websites for RGR and all subsidiary-owned companies.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support business growth across the Group.
  • Manage the online presence and branding of RGR and its subsidiary-owned companies.
  • Create, manage and grow social media platforms across all businesses within the Group.
  • Generate high-quality online enquiries and qualified business leads.
  • Follow up digital enquiries and allocate leads to the relevant business units through the CRM system.
  • Monitor website performance, digital campaigns and social media analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent branding and digital communications across all RGR and subsidiary company platforms.
  • Support the launch of new subsidiary businesses by creating websites and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

Job Description

The Website Designer, Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the digital presence of Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) and its subsidiary-owned companies, ensuring that all websites, social media platforms and digital marketing activities support the organisation's strategic objectives and business growth.

The post holder will:

  • Proactively manage the websites of Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) and all subsidiary-owned companies.
  • Design, develop, launch and maintain professional websites for RGR and its subsidiaries.
  • Ensure all websites remain secure, responsive, user-friendly and regularly updated.
  • Optimise websites for SEO, performance, accessibility and user experience.
  • Manage website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups and website security.
  • Create, manage and grow the social media platforms of RGR and its subsidiary-owned companies.
  • Develop engaging written content, graphics and videos for websites and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all businesses within the Group.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality online enquiries and qualified business leads.
  • Follow up online enquiries and allocate leads to the appropriate recruitment, admissions or business development teams through the CRM.
  • Monitor website traffic, digital marketing performance and social media analytics.
  • Produce monthly reports on digital marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  • Attend exhibitions, education fairs, recruitment events and promotional activities representing the organisation where required.
  • Contribute to the organisation's digital marketing strategy and provide expert advice on digital communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed monthly KPIs and performance targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on digital marketing activities.
  • Travel within Nigeria and internationally where required.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Administration
  • Design, develop and maintain websites for RGR and all subsidiary-owned companies.
  • Update website content regularly.
  • Ensure website security, backups and system updates.
  • Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Improve website speed and user experience.
  • Optimise websites for search engines.
  • Manage hosting accounts, domains and email integrations.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all websites.

Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Manage SEO and SEM activities.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maximise ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online visibility.

Social Media Management
  • Create and manage social media platforms for RGR and subsidiary companies.
  • Develop monthly content calendars.
  • Create graphics, videos and promotional content.
  • Respond professionally to enquiries and comments across social media platforms.
  • Build and engage online communities.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation.
  • Develop influencer and partnership campaigns where appropriate.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media.

Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Generate qualified online enquiries across all company services.
  • Follow up website, email, WhatsApp and social media enquiries.
  • Allocate enquiries through the CRM to relevant teams.
  • Support recruitment and admissions campaigns through digital marketing.
  • Develop strategies that improve enquiry-to-conversion rates.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business leads.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Track campaign performance and social media engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Monitor KPIs including website traffic, leads, engagement, SEO rankings and conversion rates.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Customer Service
  • Respond promptly to enquiries received through websites and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Escalate urgent matters where necessary.
  • Support excellent customer experience across all digital channels.

Salary

You will be placed on a 3–6 months' probation with a salary of ₦150,000 -₦200,000 per month.

Following successful completion of probation, your salary may increase to ₦180,000–₦300,000 per month, depending on performance, website delivery, digital marketing results, lead generation, achievement of agreed KPIs, and overall contribution to the growth of Ruhe Global Resources (RGR) and its subsidiary-owned companies.

Performance-related incentives, training and development opportunities will also be available as part of the role.
