We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and community-driven Programs Officer to coordinate and execute our empowerment programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent) in Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in NGO program coordination, community development, or project management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor social impact programs from start to finish.
- Exceptional writing and speaking skills to draft project proposals, impact reports, and donor communications.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing budgets, timelines, and logistics under pressure.
- A passionate advocate for youth development and community empowerment who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
