About the Role We are looking for a Senior Accountant to help build the financial discipline required to support Shekel’s next phase of growth. This role is critical to the reliability of our numbers. You will help ensure that our accounting records, reconciliations, reporting schedules, controls, and statutory obligations are accurate, timely, and decision-useful. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to strengthen financial control, improve reporting quality, strengthen budget discipline and cash flow visibility, and ensure that key finance outputs can be trusted by management, auditors, funding partners, and other stakeholders. This is not a routine accounting role. It is a hands-on senior role for someone who can operate with strong technical discipline, identify gaps, challenge inconsistencies, improve processes, and help build a finance function that is controlled, scalable, and commercially useful.
