Essential Requirements
- Engineering degree, Chartered Engineer or COREN registered.
- Minimum of fifteen years' experience, substantially on offshore production facilities; FPSO experience preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and executing offshore shutdowns and turnarounds, from first scope development through to final close-out.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource loading, critical path, progress measurement, and honest reporting of slippage.
- Experience with CMMS work management, preferably MAXIMO, Backlog control, work order quality, and preventive maintenance optimisation.
- Strong experience in materials and spares planning, long-lead identification, and the authority to reject a job that is not ready.
- Experience managing activities within a fixed planned maintenance hours budget, with a clear understanding of the commercial implications of budget overruns.
- Valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain; Available to mobilise at short notice.
- English language skills are essential. French and West Africa regional experience would be a strong advantage.
