Job Title: Contract Site Admin

Role Overview

We are currently seeking to hire a Site Admin who can operate on flexible, call-out terms on an ongoing basis.

Contract Details:

  • This is a fixed-term, call-out position.
  • The initial contract starts at a duration of 3 months.
  • The contract is renewable based on project duration and individual performance.
  • Engagement will be on an as-needed (call-out) basis, depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the project site team.
  • Manage site documentation including timesheets, attendance, permits, and reports.
  • Handle logistics coordination for site needs (materials delivery, staff support, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing site progress reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Support project managers with scheduling and daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5- 7 years’ experience in site administration or office management.
  • Relevant Experience in Fit-Out & Design
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Success Metrics

  • 100% accuracy in documentation, records, and reports.
  • On-time preparation and submission of daily/weekly site reports.
  • Efficient handling of site logistics with minimal delays.
  • High satisfaction rating from project team regarding administrative support.
