PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

Role Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the MD. The role requires excellent organization, discretion, and proactive support to manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on action points
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, reports and presentations on behalf of the MD
- Manage confidential documents with discretion at all times
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation and logistics for both local and international trips
- Act as the first point of contact and liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Maintain and organize executive files, records and documents
- Support in preparing reports, memos and presentations
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the MD
- Ensure timely follow-ups on executive decisions and commitments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Age: 25 – 35 years
Other Terms & Conditions
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Flexibility required for executive needs
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Contract Type: Permanent
