Role Summary
The HRO Officer will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative functions for the group. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process: job adverts, screening, interviews, onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, files and HR database for the group
- Coordinate with Finance for timely payroll processing, PAYE, Pension, NHF, ITF, NSITF deductions
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes and exit management
- Ensure compliance with all statutory organizations and labor regulations
- Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals and engagement activities
- Prepare and submit HR reports: headcount, turnover, leave and attendance
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures and company values
- Act as the first point of contact between staff and management on HR matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. CIPM is an added advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HR software
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Age: Not more than 35 years old

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Contract Type: Permanent
