Envy365 is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to support our team in developing compelling visual content for brands across different industries. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced brand consulting environment.
The intern will work closely with the creative team to support design tasks across brand identity, social media, presentations, print materials, and other visual communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual content for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and brand communication.
- Support the design team in developing logos, brand assets, and identity applications.
- Help prepare print-ready files for business stationery, promotional materials, packaging, and other branded collateral.
- Contribute to layout design for proposals, pitch decks, company profiles, and other client-facing documents.
- Adapt existing brand assets into different formats and sizes while maintaining consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client and internal projects.
- Assist with image sourcing, mockups, resizing, and basic design revisions.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
- Organize design files and maintain proper documentation of working files and exports.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and creative references.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A good eye for layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
- A portfolio of school, freelance, personal, or internship projects is an advantage.
- Interest in brand identity and social media design.
- Basic understanding of print design and file setup.
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to build real-world experience.
- Hands-on experience working on real client and brand projects.
- Exposure to branding, design systems, print, and business communication materials.
- Mentorship and feedback from an experienced creative team.

The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the Creative Director and support the wider creative and brand team.
