Client Experience Associate (Luxury Brand)

We’re seeking a Client Experience Associate to support the retail team in ensuring smooth store operations and an excellent customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in delivering excellent customer service
  • Prepare and organize fitting rooms for customers
  • Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms between use
  • Assist with receiving, tagging, and labelling new stock
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ensure store ambiance is maintained
  • Stock service stations with necessary supplies
  • Move merchandise from inventory to shop floor
  • Respond to customer requests through sales associates
  • Support communication between customers and sales team
  • Follow store safety and operational procedures
  • Report incidents or safety issues to management
  • Assist with general store support tasks



Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a retail or support role preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong team spirit and reliability
  • Professional and neat appearance
  • Friendly and customer-oriented personality
