Responsibilities
- Support sales team in delivering excellent customer service
- Prepare and organize fitting rooms for customers
- Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms between use
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and labelling new stock
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Ensure store ambiance is maintained
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies
- Move merchandise from inventory to shop floor
- Respond to customer requests through sales associates
- Support communication between customers and sales team
- Follow store safety and operational procedures
- Report incidents or safety issues to management
- Assist with general store support tasks
- Minimum of SSCE
- 1–2 years’ experience in a retail or support role preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organization and multitasking skills
- Strong team spirit and reliability
