About Us
We want to increase our presence online using AI, world-class content systems, and social media marketing. Our goal is to turn just a few hours of filming each month into hundreds of pieces of content published across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
We are looking for a Content creator and operations staff who can own this entire process from idea to publication.
What You'll Do
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to research and generate content ideas
- Write engaging short-form video scripts and hooks
- Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content
- Edit short-form videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Create captions, graphics, and thumbnails
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
- Track analytics and identify winning content
- Organize content calendars and production workflows
- Continuously improve content performance through testing and iteration
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong experience editing short-form videos
- Experience using AI tools for content creation
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Motion graphics
- Copywriting
- Thumbnail design
- Prompt engineering
- Analytics and reporting
- Social media growth experience
You Will Be Responsible For Helping Us Produce
- 2 high-quality videos per day
- Multiple hook variations for testing
- Repurposed content across all major platforms
- Up to 600 pieces of content per month
- Consistent audience growth and engagement
This is not a typical social media role. You'll help build an AI-powered content engine for multiple fast-growing brands and work directly with leadership to develop scalable systems. If you enjoy AI, automation, content marketing, and building repeatable processes, we'd love to hear from you.

600,000 - 1,000,000 NGN per month(Nigeria)
