- Deliver and facilitate engaging operations and logistics training sessions that promote a practical understanding of supply chain management, inventory optimization, and facility maintenance.
- Guide and support learners throughout the course to ensure successful knowledge transfer and the development of "street-smart" process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect current market trends, local logistical challenges in Nigeria, and global operational standards (such as Lean or Six Sigma frameworks).
- Foster interactive learning through facility management case studies, warehouse simulations, inventory audit role-plays, and real-life operational bottleneck scenarios.
- Assess learner progress through evaluations, operational strategy presentations, and continuous improvement support.
- Promote the academy’s values by maintaining a first-class learning experience and professional industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Professional certification in Operations/Logistics (e.g., CILT, CIPM-Supply Chain, CSCP, PMP, or ASQ) is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in active logistics management, facility operations, inventory control, or instructional facilitation roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (ERP systems), fleet tracking, warehouse safety standards, and facilities maintenance planning.
- Excellent communication, structural presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking regarding cost reduction, resource utilization, and operational ROI.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire adult learners in both physical and virtual learning environments.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and committed to delivering high-impact learning experiences.
