Job Description

  • Conduct individual assessments: communicate with prospective students to assess their skills, interests, values, and goals.
  • Provide career guidance: Assist prospective students in exploring various career paths, identifying potential job opportunities, and understanding the requirements and qualifications of different occupations.
  • Develop action plans: Collaborate with clients to create customized action plans that outline short-term and long-term career objectives, including steps for acquiring necessary skills, education, or experience.
  • Deliver information resources: Equip prospective students with up-to-date information, including course brochures, programme schedules, and other resources relevant to their career goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends, labour market conditions, and changes in various industries to provide accurate and relevant career guidance.
  • Enroll prospective students: Use several closing techniques to enrol students for the firm's programmes

Role Requirements

  • Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Guidance and Counselling, Sociology, Social Sciences, Education or any related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint)
  • Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, time management
  • Reasoning ability and logical thinking skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Candidates must reside within Ikeja and its environs.
  • Pre-NYSC or NYSC
