The Sales & Marketing Course Facilitator is responsible for guiding, supporting, and engaging learners to ensure an effective and practical learning experience. This role focuses on facilitating knowledge transfer, promoting high-performance sales strategies, and ensuring participants understand and apply modern marketing frameworks, digital tools, and consumer psychology in line with course objectives.

Job Description

Deliver and facilitate engaging sales and marketing training sessions that promote practical understanding of lead generation, conversion, and brand positioning.
Guide and support learners throughout the course to ensure successful knowledge transfer and the development of "street-smart" commercial skills.
Develop and update course materials to reflect current market trends, digital marketing evolutions, and competitive selling methodologies.
Foster interactive learning through sales role-plays, marketing case studies, campaign simulations, and real-life business growth scenarios.
Assess learner progress through evaluations, pitch presentations, and continuous improvement support.
Promote the academy’s values by maintaining a first-class learning experience and professional industry standards.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
Professional certification in Marketing (e.g., NIMN, CIM, DMI) or Sales is an added advantage.
2–5 years of experience in active sales, marketing management, or instructional facilitation roles.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing funnels, consumer behavior, and strategic brand management.
Excellent communication, persuasive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking regarding market data, ROI, and growth hacking techniques.
Proven ability to engage and inspire adult learners in both physical and virtual learning environments.
High energy, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-impact learning experiences.
