- Perform quality reviews of processed claim files.
- Handle customer grievances and claim-related escalations professionally.
- Identify and report potentially fraudulent claims.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout the claims management process.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS).
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS).
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with rotational weekly offs.
- Strong medical knowledge for evaluating health insurance claims.
- Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Ability to interpret insurance policy terms and conditions.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in health insurance is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
