To Go Mobility Systems

To Go Community & Campus Managers (CCMs) are the frontline representatives of To Go Mobility Systems Limited across the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and its surrounding communities.

Each CCM will be assigned to one campus bus stop, transport hub, or terminal to build and grow the To Go ecosystem by:

1. Working with existing drivers and recruiting new drivers.

2. Onboarding passengers, primarily UNILAG students.

3. Mapping and updating transportation routes.

4. Gathering market insights from customers and drivers.

5. Developing strategic partnerships.

6. Driving the growth and performance of their assigned terminal.

We are recruiting only six (6) high-potential candidates, each assigned to one of our six strategic terminals.

Primary Objectives

Increase passenger adoption.
Expand the driver network.
Strengthen community engagement across assigned routes and terminals.
Position To Go as the preferred transportation platform for students, staff, visitors, and surrounding communities.
