ABOUT PACTEN

Pacten is an AI-native operating system for service businesses. Bookings, clients, delivery, payments, contracts — the whole business runs in one place, and our AI helps build and run it. We're an early, fast-moving team with a growing presence in Lagos, building for operators across the US, Canada and beyond.

Now we're hiring the person who will own how the world sees us.

THE ROLE

This is the creative force behind our brand — the person who makes Pacten impossible to scroll past.

It is NOT an ads role. We already have a team for performance marketing. This is for a builder of brand: someone who creates the content, grows the channels, designs the graphics, and sets the standard for how we show up everywhere. You'll work hand-in-hand with our ad specialists — you make the creative worth running; they put fuel behind it.

And as a founding hire, you won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own our social presence end-to-end & accounts assigned— plan, post, repost, comment, engage, grow. Every platform.

• Create content at studio quality using AI tools — copy, graphics, short-form video, brand assets.

• Design graphics and hold the brand — visual identity, templates, consistency across every surface.

• Get into the field — travel to real businesses across Lagos and capture authentic content with real operators.

• Feed the ad team creative that converts, measure what's working, and double down.

WHO YOU ARE

• A content creator first — you've grown real audiences, not just scheduled posts.

• Fluent and fast with AI content tools (generation, editing, design).

• A designer's eye — graphics and branding come naturally to you.

• A community builder — commenting, replying, reposting, showing up daily.

• Hands-on and in the field — comfortable shooting and being on location.

THE DETAILS

• Lagos-based, hybrid — or ready to relocate to Lagos within ~1 month
• From ₦250,000/month, competitive based on experience
• Regular on-location content shoots at client businesses
