Position Summary

The Community Solutions Advisor is the frontline representative of OGNISE responsible for identifying, engaging, and partnering with estates, residential communities, commercial districts, markets, streets, and government stakeholders.

Rather than selling software, the Community Solutions Advisor works as a trusted consultant—understanding community challenges, recommending practical service solutions, coordinating assessments, and helping communities improve service delivery through the OGNISE platform.

This is a highly field-oriented role requiring relationship-building, consultative selling, and excellent communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Acquisition
  • Identify new estates, neighborhoods, streets, markets, and commercial districts within assigned territories.
  • Generate qualified leads through field prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with estate executives, CDA leaders, Resident Associations, facility managers, and local government representatives.
  • Present OGNISE's community solutions and value proposition.
  • Convert prospects into active OGNISE communities.
Community Needs Assessment

Conduct community assessments to understand needs relating to:

  • Waste collection
  • Environmental sanitation
  • Drainage maintenance
  • Street cleaning
  • Security coordination
  • Emergency response
  • Street lighting
  • Infrastructure maintenance
  • Resident management
  • Billing and payment collection
  • Community communication
  • Community development initiatives

Recommend suitable service packages based on each community's needs.

Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly community acquisition targets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate service demonstrations and presentations.
  • Follow up on prospects until successful onboarding.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing communities.
Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with community leaders and decision-makers.
  • Attend community meetings, AGMs, and stakeholder forums.
  • Act as the primary liaison between OGNISE and assigned communities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newly signed communities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate improvement opportunities internally.
Community Engagement
  • Organize awareness campaigns within communities.
  • Conduct educational sessions on environmental sustainability and community management.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and local events.
  • Represent OGNISE at exhibitions, trade shows, and community forums.
Territory Development

Manage an assigned geographic territory by:

  • Mapping estates and neighborhoods.
  • Identifying new development opportunities.
  • Building relationships with influential community stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate community records.
  • Tracking competitors and market trends.
Reporting

Prepare regular reports covering:

  • Daily field activities
  • Community visits

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Environmental Management, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B, institutional, government, real estate, facility management, environmental services, utilities, or solution sales.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Compensation
  • Base Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦300,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-Based Commission: Earn commissions on every new community or service contract secured.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: For achieving or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Quarterly Incentives: For outstanding territory growth and customer retention.
  • Transport & Field Allowance: To support community visits and stakeholder meetings.
  • Mobile/Data Allowance: For business communication and CRM usage.
