Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure optimal and quality farm output.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in soilless cultivation. Must be willing to learn and have passion for sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

Manage daily farm operations, including crop planning, nutrient management, and pest control
Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and effective crop production
Monitor and control crop health, quality, and yield
Implement and maintain sustainable farming practices
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in soilless vegetable production
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong knowledge of hydroponic and aeroponic systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary

N75,000 – N100,000 / month.
