Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant performance.
- Champion process safety and operational excellence.
- Lead emergency response activities during plant incidents.
- Coach, mentor, and develop operations personnel.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- 20+ years of Operations/Maintenance experience in the oil & gas industry.
- At least 10 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in Gas Processing Plants GPP, LNG, Ammonia, or similar gas plants.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management PSM, emergency response, plant operations, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with SAP, MAPCON, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
