Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in our luxury Care Home in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a passion for geriatric care and be committed to delivering excellent resident-centered care in a serene and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and monitoring
Conduct regular health assessments and monitor vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Assist with daily living activities for residents with mobility challenges
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and acute health changes
Maintain accurate and detailed nursing records and documentation
Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families

Supervise and mentor junior caregivers when required

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license
Minimum of 2–5 years post-NYSC clinical experience
Experience in Geriatric Nursing, Elderly Care, or Hospital setting is a strong advantage
BLS / ACLS certification is an added advantage
Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on shift basis (including nights and weekends)

Must reside in Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or surrounding areas preferred)
