Reports to: Finance Officer
Location: GRA Ikeja
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day financial operations and provide support to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
4. Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Statutory payment
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
