B2b2c Growth and Partnership Associate

PHARMARUN

About Pharmarun

Pharmarun is a healthcare technology company making access to medicines faster and easier. We aggregate pharmacies and logistics providers into a single technology platform, enabling individuals and organizations to conveniently access medicines from trusted pharmacies and have them delivered to their doorstep.

We work across the healthcare ecosystem to make medicine access more reliable, convenient, and accessible at scale.

The Role

We are looking for a B2B2C Growth & Partnerships Associate to help expand how people discover and access Pharmarun through strategic partnerships.

You will identify and build relationships with organizations, communities, healthcare businesses, technology companies, and other partners that can introduce Pharmarun to new customer groups and create new avenues for growth.

This is a commercial and execution-focused role. You will be expected to find opportunities, build relationships, develop partnerships, get them launched, and ultimately turn them into measurable growth for Pharmarun.

This role does not cover HMO partnerships. It is focused on building and growing Pharmarun's other B2B2C distribution channels.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that can drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, business leaders, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Take partnerships from initial outreach and conversations through negotiation, launch, and ongoing growth.
  • Develop partnership proposals and creative ways to make Pharmarun valuable to prospective partners and their audiences.
  • Work with internal teams across Growth, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to successfully launch and scale partnerships.
  • Monitor partnership performance, identify what is working, and find ways to increase adoption and commercial value.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new partnership leads.
  • Represent Pharmarun at relevant meetings, events, communities, and industry forums.
  • Bring new ideas for how Pharmarun can reach more people and become part of the way they access healthcare.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to build relationships and turn them into business opportunities.

You may come from a background in business development, partnerships, sales, growth, community, account management, or commercial roles, particularly within a fast-growing company.

Experience in industries such as healthcare, healthtech, technology, fintech, consumer businesses, professional services, or other partnership-led businesses would be valuable.

More importantly, you should be someone who:

  • Is naturally good at building relationships and opening doors.
  • Is confident speaking to different types of stakeholders, from individual professionals to senior decision-makers.
  • Can identify a mutually valuable partnership rather than simply making a sales pitch.
  • Is commercially minded and understands that partnerships need to generate measurable outcomes.
  • Is proactive about prospecting and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
  • Can take ownership of an opportunity from idea to execution.
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and projects at once.
  • Is comfortable operating with ambiguity and figuring things out in a fast-moving startup.
  • Is curious about healthcare and excited by the opportunity to use technology to improve access to medicines.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means building a growing portfolio of partnerships that meaningfully expands Pharmarun's reach, brings new customers onto the platform, increases usage, and contributes to revenue growth.

You will be expected to build, launch, and grow partnerships — not just manage a pipeline.

Experience
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, sales, growth, account management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and converting opportunities into partnerships or revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
