Job Description

As a Project Manager at Tech Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We are seeking a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and track progress against milestones.
    • Monitor project activities, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management
    • Allocate project resources and coordinate team members’ tasks and responsibilities.
    • Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, updates, and milestones.
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to provide progress reports and gather feedback.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
    • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Certification (Preferred)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
