Be the voice and ear between Zela and our top creators. Onboard them, unblock them, surface what they actually need to product, and run our flagship creator events.

What you'll do

Personally onboard our top 100 creators
Run a creator advisory board: monthly calls, quarterly in-person meetups in Lagos and São Paulo
Surface product feedback weekly to engineering and product leadership
Own creator-facing programs: launch partner cohorts, brand-deal matching, podcast appearances
Manage our in-app support inbox during local working hours

What we're looking for

3+ years in customer success, community, or operations at a creator-economy or fintech product
Excellent writing in English (and bonus in a second creator-market language)
Comfortable being on camera for creator-facing comms
Lagos-based; willing to travel quarterly within Africa

Background in artist management, talent agency, or influencer marketing
