Planning budget, hiring and managing staff, conducting with meeting heads, implementing policies, monitoriing compliance and state regulations to name a few.

- Creating a construction schedule

- Developing the construction project with architects, engineers, and trade workers
- Ordering and managing materials and equipment
- Negotiating vendor contracts
- Candidates who have experience preferably in construction
- Multi-tasking skills
- Tracking project activities
- Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills
- 2 years of experience
- Appropriate license
