About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, specialist clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, specialist clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product documentation.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending opportunities to maximize sales conversions.
- Coordinate product delivery, installation, and after-sales support with internal teams.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates for the Sales Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, product launches, healthcare conferences, and promotional events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally while upholding ethical sales practices and company values.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or a related industry.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and the right attitude may also be considered.
- Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
